Regular Season Round 7: Decin - Sokol Prazsky 85-95

Decin (6-1) recorded its first loss at the home court. Hosts were defeated by ninth ranked Sokol Prazsky (3-3) 95-85 . It ended at the same time the six-game winning streak of Decin. Sokol Prazsky dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Decin 's 34. They outrebounded Decin 56-36 including a 39-22 advantage in defensive rebounds. Sokol Prazsky players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists. Decin was plagued by 34 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of Adam Vlcek who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 17 points, 15 rebounds and 4 assists (perfect from the field making all seven shots !!!). Matyas Krejci contributed with 26 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Marek Houska answered with a double-double by scoring 13 points, 5 rebounds, 10 assists and 5 steals and Martin Kucirek added 24 points in the effort for Decin. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Sokol Prazsky moved-up to fifth place. Decin at the other side still keeps top position with one game lost. They share it with Pardubice and Pelhrimov.
